The E-Hotel Makati

“Excellent Stay”

I stayed at the hotel and was very satisfied. The twin room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious, service was nice, and the internet was fast. The staff were very friendly and the value for money was great. The room was clean and I would definitely stay there again.

There was a bad smell at the entrance of the room and in the shower booth.

“満足”

The location of this hotel was its biggest selling point – it was right in the heart of things. Unfortunately, the water circulation system was a bit of a mess, and it made for some uncomfortable moments during my stay.

“ロケーションが”

The staff here were really friendly, which made a big difference. However, the WiFi was pretty dodgy, the TV didn't work properly, and the bathroom fixtures looked like they were from another era.

The staff were super helpful, which made up for the few issues I had. The fridge in my room was a bit of a mystery - I'm not sure if it was broken or just not working, but no matter how many times I pressed the switch, it stayed warm. Unfortunately, the thin walls meant I could hear every word from my neighbours, and it was pretty loud. Despite these problems, the friendly staff made my stay more enjoyable.
