Tru By Hilton Binghamton Vestal

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. It was close to a big supermarket like Target and Walmart.

Almost everything was fine. There was a little bit of mold in the shower.

The atmosphere was great and the room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was nice.

I had to change rooms three times. The first room wasn’t ready, the beds were stripped, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The second room hadn’t been cleaned at all, had dirty towels, and still smelled of the previous guest. When I entered the third room it seemed okay until I got into bed, pulled back the covers, and the sheets were not only wrinkled as if someone had just slept there but also had obvious crumbs. I had been on the road for six hours and needed sleep, so I left and stayed at another property nearby. This is the second time I’ve tried to stay here, and the cleaning situation was chaotic.

The spot was spot on for the places we had to hit, but the bathroom left something to be desired: it was only semi clean, with black and pink mold in the shower, black mold in the corners, and the shower doors were covered in a pinkish mold.
