The hotel was stunning, with a wide range of traditional Balinese artwork; the staff were all friendly and attentive. My room was roomy, with a very comfortable bed, pillows, and tasteful furnishings. The spot was great—everything I needed was within walking distance: restaurants, spas, the beach, and shops.

Being right in the heart of Sunoru made getting around a breeze and the spacious room was very relaxing, but because of the location you can hear live music from nearby restaurants at night, which was somewhat noisy.

The room was very pretty, clean, and up to European standards. The A/C made the climate in the room very pleasant. We had two connected rooms with a salon in between, which meant a very good size.

We enjoyed a spacious family room that was clean and the service was great. The hotel’s location was perfect for heading to the beach, there were many good restaurants, and shopping was a short walk. The booked breakfast was okay. The only thing to note is that it was a bit loud and the pool was very cold.
