The staff were excellent and friendly, and the food was amazing—especially the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast buffet.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, responding quickly and politely even to last‑minute requests; the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the view from the window was beautiful. Opening the bedside drawer revealed a neat cluster of light switches and charging outlets, and the direct connection to Grand Indonesia made everything convenient, so I had no stress during my stay.
