Amenities include an outdoor pool, spa, 24‑hour front desk, free Wi‑Fi, on‑site dining tent, bar, and car rentals. Located 50 km from Jaisalmer Fort, bus and railway stations.

Suján – The Serai sits in a quiet, scenic spot near Jaisalmer, blending luxury, nature, and culture. The tents are roomy and spotless, and housekeeping even folded my wrinkled clothes neatly, showing a personal touch. A cycling tour was a highlight, featuring a sunrise, a trip to an ancient temple, and birdwatching by a lake. Service was warm and meticulous; thanks to Mr. Megh, Mr. Siddharth Jyoti, and Mr. Rajesh (the yoga instructor) for their hospitality. Pre‑arrival prep, WhatsApp support, and thoughtful welcomes and goodbyes made everything smooth. Food was top quality, and the property’s community focus showed in its boutique and local décor. However, the price—around $1000 a night—seemed steep for the spa, yoga, and airport transfer. The unheated pool felt like a missed chance in cooler weather. The tent concept was charming, but lacking locks and basics like a TV or phone was concerning. Gym gear looked old, and the outdoor cinema was underwhelming. During the cycling tour, a flat tire derailed the experience, hinting at better prep needed. Overall, Suján – The Serai is impressive with huge potential, and fixing these issues would make it perfect.

The tents were solid, the staff super friendly, and the food was great—overall a fantastic experience. The spa was shut, and the workout area wasn’t great.
