I love the location and concept. The air conditioning doesn’t cool well.

“Sugerencia”

I stayed with my father who has mobility issues, and I didn’t realize the place had an elevator until we got there. Even though I requested the ground floor, there was no availability, yet the elevator made moving around a breeze. A suggestion would be to put armchairs near the reception; while checking in, there were only wooden chairs that were very uncomfortable for an elderly person with mobility problems.

“Muy agradable”

The rooms are very pretty, new, spacious, and well‑designed. I would definitely return. The location is excellent and the price is unbeatable. It would be perfect if they provided a steamer for guests.

Cleaning needs improvement and the service and resolution of simple problems should get better.

“Buen lugar”

The hotel is situated in an accessible spot with many places to eat and have fun; the rooms are very comfortable and have a nice design. The shower was faulty – you couldn’t bathe comfortably, the water pressure was low, and the keys were loose.
