I was skeptical about booking because of the reviews, yet the hotel’s location is solid and you get what you pay for. The beds are good and there’s a full kitchen. The bathroom could use an update, but the shower works and there’s an onsen a short bus ride away. All in all, a great stay.

It’s inexpensive, but it feels creepy.

The staff are kind and typical, but the rustic rooms are in poor condition.
