Renovated rooms feature flat-screen cable TVs, seating areas, and wooden floors. Each floor has a balcony. A souvenir shop and internet terminal are on site. Lucerne Main Train Station is a 7-minute walk away, and the A2 motorway is a 5-minute drive.

The spot is ideal, right in the heart of the city with many bars and restaurants close by; the bus stop sits right outside and the train station is only about a 10‑minute walk away. Check‑in was swift and the staff very courteous. The room was clean and stylishly furnished. Value for money is excellent.

Perfekte Lage, mitten im Zentrum und etliche Bars/Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Türe und Bahnhof in knapp 10' Gehminuten zu erreichen. Check-In speditiv und sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine im Restaurant steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Preis/Leistung tiptop

El personal fue muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, aunque conectarme al Wi‑Fi del hotel fue un poco complicado al principio, pero finalmente se solucionó.
