We were satisfied overall, but the booking was for three and we had to pay €15 per night for the third person for the extra bed, which should have been clear from the start.

The location was good, but the attic annex room was barely 2 m high, hitting your hand when you brushed your hair; it looked nice in pictures but not as good in person.

Comfortable room right in the heart of the historic pedestrian area. The decor and furnishings are a little dated and worn, but that actually adds to the charm. The room was clean and housekeeping was provided every day. The staff were very friendly and polite. Even though my window faced the courtyard, I could still hear loud music from the street, even with the windows closed. The building also has very poor sound insulation. You can hear every noise coming from the hallway and kitchen, and I imagine it works both ways

The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the location was convenient—only downside being the ZTL zone, which is unavoidable. The parking space was narrow and the ZTL area was tricky to navigate.
