I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay. Despite the hotel's comfortable location and pleasant staff, I found the room to be not up to the mark in terms of hygiene. The bed was made daily, but there were some areas that could have been tidied up better. Overall, while the hotel showed promise, the subpar cleaning detracted from my experience.

“Was convenient for 1 night”

I was pleased with the hotel's location, which suited my needs perfectly. However, I faced a significant challenge due to the language barrier - I don't speak Vietnamese, and unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English either. To make matters worse, there was no on-site cafe or restaurant, and I couldn't find any nearby options.

I was a bit disappointed with the size of our luxury room, which was smaller than I expected, especially considering it was supposed to accommodate four people. Despite this, the room itself was quite old, but it had a certain charm to it. The room's compactness made it feel a bit cramped, but it was still clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was an average stay, and I would recommend it for its value, but perhaps not for its luxury amenities.
