“Super”

The hotel is well‑located and the staff were very helpful. We were upgraded for free when a room became available! The bed was a bit small, our feet just barely over the edge, and the rooms were not well insulated from noise.

“LO RECOMIENDO”

This hotel boasts a beautiful tatami room and exceptional service from the reception staff, who treated us with great enthusiasm and kindness. However, the lack of soundproofing was a major issue, as the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our rest.
