“Mycket dåligt.”

The hotel was closed when we arrived. According to information on site it had gone bankrupt. None of this was communicated to us beforehand and we, seven people, had to find new accommodation late in the afternoon. Very poorly handled. Huge disappointment. We were notified but received no response!

“Hotel pleite, verschlossene Tür, null Information!”

The hotel has been closed for weeks. No one informed us, neither the hotel nor anyone else. We stood in front of a locked door, and we had already paid. It’s quite disconcerting to ask how we liked our stay in this situation.

“Katastrophal, da wir keine Mitteilung über die Schließung erhalten hatten”

On the day of arrival we found the door locked because the hotel had been closed for 14 days due to insolvency. Neither the hotel operator nor Booking gave us any notice. Super service and treatment of guests, also from Booking.

Das Hotel ist insolvent und geschlossen. Wir wurden darüber weder von Booking com informiert, noch vom Hotel selbst. Das Geld wurde trotzdem erstmal von booking com abgebucht. Wir standen unvermittelt vor verschlossenen Türen
