Just the location was good. Rest everything was bad. Disappointing Experience at [Hotel South O Fern]* I recently had the misfortune of staying at [Hotel South o Fern], and I must say it was a huge letdown. The hotel's poor maintenance and subpar customer service made my stay thoroughly unpleasant. The room was not up to the mark, with broken fixtures, Termites all over the room, cockroaches, dirty bedsheets, Blankets and an overall sense of neglect. The maintenance issues were evident throughout the hotel, and it seemed like they were not taking care of the property. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and unfriendly. When I brought the issues to the attention of the staff, they seemed unconcerned and unwilling to assist. Considering the rates we paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend [Hotel south o fern] to anyone and will make sure to share my disappointing experience with friends and family. *Rating:* 1/5 *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Improve maintenance and upkeep of the property - Train staff to provide better customer service I hope the hotel takes our feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements

There was nothing I liked about the place, and it was the worst experience I’ve had; it ruined my mood and trip. The washroom was dirty, the AC was broken, and the bedsheets and towels were not up to standard.

Nothing was good; I would advise avoiding the hotel. The staff and managers refused to honor the price I booked and demanded a higher rate for the same room. Imagine arriving only to have the manager deny you the room at your agreed price—pathetic. Their behavior and overall management left a bad impression.

They never gave us any breakfast, and there is no kitchen or dining option on site; you have to go to nearby restaurants for meals. The rooms were filthy, completely damp with walls and furniture soaked. Only two staff members were present, but they ignored any of your needs once you entered the room, and the telephone was dead so I couldn’t reach reception in an emergency. It was the worst stay we’ve had; fortunately we only stayed one night, otherwise we would have had to change hotels.
