The apartment was pleasant, the cleaning was excellent, and the location was great! The kitchen could have been better equipped.

The place was well located, comfortable, and the internet speed was good. There was a smell coming from the apartment’s void, which left us not very satisfied, and it would have been better if the room had extra items like a table and chair.

The price/quality ratio was really good, and I found the neighborhood pretty cool with nice little restaurants. It’s a bit cramped, but it’s enough space if you’re traveling alone.

The flat and the whole house had original frescoes on the walls. In none of the bathrooms did the faucet work; water barely flowed, and the shower drain was clogged. Behind the building there was a huge construction site with loud noise from 6 to 16, apparently for two years. In the vestibule there were several cockroaches (big American ones). I didn’t notice any more noise from other guests, which the host cannot control. Overall cleanliness after the morning hygiene was not very good.
