Hotel Strand No.1, perched beside St. Peter‑Ording’s promenade, offers rooms with Wi‑Fi, satellite TV, private bathrooms, toiletries, cleaned from the third night onward. Rooms boast sea views. Guests enjoy breakfast, a café with cakes, and nearby eateries within a walk. The 10‑minute walk to Dünen‑Therme, 17 km to Westerhever Lighthouse, parking, and 1.3 km to the train station enhance convenience.

Communication beforehand was excellent, the breakfast was very good and nothing was missing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we’ll definitely return. The carpet, in my opinion, is no longer very modern.

The hotel’s location is unique and it’s absolutely quiet, so the relaxation value is very high. We slept very well and enjoyed a great view from the three balconies. We would like to come back if some changes are made. The carpet in the building and in the rooms feels unhygienic and it also didn’t smell good; the shower wall could have been cleaner. I found the bill layout disappointing. I had assumed breakfast was included, but on the second day I was told otherwise and ended up paying almost 90 € for a breakfast that was absolutely not worth it. The rolls were soggy and not fresh, there was no fresh bread, and the cold cuts and cheese were far too cold.

We’ve stayed at Strand No. 1 several times, and as always it was great. The location is fantastic and the breakfast is very tasty, with very friendly staff. We’ll come back.
