Belém Soft Hotel

“Ótimo hotel!”

The location, comfort, cleanliness, and breakfast are excellent, but the reception area is swarming with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sit and relax while waiting for check‑in or an Uber, etc. In room 616 the shower handle required a lot of force to open and close.

“Agradável”

Acomodação, limpeza, localização é excelente e os funcionários. Não havia possibilidade de fritar ovo ou fazer tapioca no café da manhã

The experience was wonderful; the front‑desk staff, especially Mr. Nilson, were extremely kind and attentive, breakfast was sensational—one of the best we've had, and the facilities and location were excellent.

The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable, breakfast was outstanding, and the neighborhood is very pleasant and tree‑lined.

“Ótima localização e café da manhã.”

Overall, the hotel is very good; it was renovated but some rooms still use the old layout, the location is great with many attractions within walking distance, and breakfast is very good. The photos show some rooms look newer, yet the older ones are still fine.
