The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were wonderful, and everything was just wonderful, so I’ll recommend this hotel to everyone. I couldn’t find anything I disliked about the hotel.

Nothing was good, everything was bad.

I liked the suite because the room was separate from the living‑room area, but the hotel was very outdated and nasty; you could see the housekeeping wasn’t keeping up the property. There were roaches all over the kitchen in my room and in the dining area where breakfast was served. I had to be moved from my original room because of a horrible mildew smell, and the new room had filthy curtains and a nasty restroom floor—nothing about this property was worth the drive or the money I spent.

Everything was good, but the water in the shower wasn’t that hot.

The hotel is right near the airport, but when I arrived the staff couldn’t locate my reservation at first. Their shuttle schedule is awkward for flights at odd times, which was a key reason I chose this place. The fire alarm kept going off and then the power stayed out for more than two hours.
