The place is in an unbeatable spot—couldn't have picked a better location! The only downside was that room 82 had no phone.

The building sits in a perfect spot for walking around Hanoi. The rooms are standard business style but have everything you need. The staff are amazing, especially Jennie, and the breakfast is very good. The room was a bit small.
