I enjoyed a calm getaway at this resort; everything was spotless and the air conditioning performed flawlessly. The garden, tended daily, is lovely to relax in, and the pool is spacious and pristine. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Thanks a lot!

It had a nice balcony, the room was big, and it included a mini fridge. The TV did not work.

The beach is just a 5‑minute walk away, the staff are very accommodating, and the garden area is beautiful. The pool is good, though it smells a bit of chlorine, probably because the water needs changing, but otherwise clean. Despite photos showing bicycles for rent, the hotel doesn’t actually offer that service. The Wi‑Fi had intermittent outages. Even though the pillowcases were clean, the pillows still smelled like heads, indicating they need washing, and the pillows themselves are also problematic.

“Sitio idílico”

Everything was fine overall: the pool, the accommodation, and the location. The only major issue I spotted was the lack of a mini‑fridge in the room; with the heat, having cold water or drinks is essential. They let us store bottles in a reception fridge, but it didn’t cool well. Also, breakfast was missing.
