The breakfast was superb and well served. The location was pleasant. The room was small, like a servant’s quarters and there were no drawers suitable for housing one’s clothes. The stairs to the second floor were a problem for someone suffering angina.

We had a fabulous overnight stay at Cleave Court. It felt like a home away from home. Rodney and staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Breakfast was lush! We will come again. No complaints.

The walk down the level to the town was short, and the place was spotless with a very friendly reception that made us feel right at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was lovely, check‑out was easy, and parking was available on site.

A warm welcome from the staff, a snug and comfy room, and tasty breakfasts made the trip great. The shops and sea front are just a brief walk away, so parking the car in the driveway was convenient, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance.
