“Entspanntes kleines Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und super Service”
The small, manageable hotel (only 9 rooms) sits wonderfully between the vineyards with views of the surrounding mountains and the castle in Arco. Free parking is available. Breakfast was grand, served by a super friendly and attentive staff. The accommodation was very clean and well‑maintained. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The outdoor area with pool and garden was also well kept and inviting to relax. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, even arranging a table at the restaurant over the phone. We felt very comfortable and thank them for the lovely time at Alea. Our room was quite small; although I booked the Junior Suite, it turned out to be a normal double room, with the 30 m² terrace included, so it still felt cramped. I missed storage options (like a wardrobe or dresser) and a chair in the room. Only shelves were available for clothes, which didn’t suit me personally. That was a drawback for me. When we asked if we could switch to another room (upgrade with extra payment), we couldn’t because the hotel was fully booked. Since we only used the room for sleeping, it didn’t really affect our stay and shouldn’t be rated negatively, just noted.

The hotel is wonderfully quiet, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the small accommodation is lovely, and the breakfast is fantastic with a menu to choose from. The rooms are clean and everything is well maintained.

Great location, very friendly staff, beautiful pool, clean, breakfast was fine and delivered fresh straight to the table. The bike storage could be better; the one above is not in a basement with stairs, it should be paved above to eliminate the existing gravel layer.
The place was secluded, quiet, and beautiful, and the free bike service was fantastic; the courtyard was lovely and the air conditioning made the room pleasantly cool without being too cold. The check‑in was average, and breakfast lacked variety and wasn’t a buffet, which was tiring for the staff; I don’t know why they don’t offer an open buffet to make it easier for everyone.
