Our stay at this beautiful boutique in Briz definitely falls into the latter category. From the moment we arrived we felt warmth, care, and genuine hospitality that truly impressed us. The person who made the difference was named Sofie! I want to devote a large part of this review to Sofie, because I believe people like her deserve not only the best reviews but also public recognition for their outstanding work. Every morning we were greeted with a wonderful breakfast, prepared with care, attention to detail, and passion. These small daily pleasures make holidays even more beautiful. The cleanliness of the accommodation was exemplary; everything literally shone! Every space was cared for, maintained, and spotless. It was clear that behind this excellent image was a person who loves their job and performs it with incredible consistency and professionalism. What impressed us most was Sofie’s flawless handling of so many different roles. From reception and visitor information to breakfast preparation, cleaning, and overall care of the accommodation, everything was done with the same dedication, willingness, and perfection. You truly deserve all the praise, because you embody hospitality in the best possible way. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation, with all our hearts. And if we ever return to Briz, it will be one of our first choices, not only for its beauty and quality but mainly because there we met Sofie.
