Centum Premier Hotel

The room was lovely for my family, and the location was great—close enough to the beach and a big mall nearby. The staff were very good, and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

“위치만족”

After breakfast, I left my cardigan on a chair and when I tried to go back, a male staff member ran out with it and found me—so grateful. The convenience store was connected inside the lobby, so I didn’t have to step outside. Walking to Shinbai Lotte was possible. The area had a variety of restaurants and dessert shops, making the location good, and the bus stop was close. The hotel was confusing because it had three separate buildings; after checking in, the guide told me to take the elevator, but it only went up to the 3rd floor. Even with guidance, the multiple elevators caused confusion. I saw a poster in the elevator that said “Breakfast review means late check‑out,” so I asked a front desk lady after breakfast, and she replied in a very annoyed tone that it was a business hotel and that breakfast and late check‑out were separate (incorrect information). Her attitude was scary. Fortunately, when I checked out and asked about luggage storage, the same staff member’s attitude was fine. (The front desk lady at check‑in was friendly.) Breakfast: the toaster wasn’t working properly, and even after the staff adjusted it, the toast wasn’t well cooked, which was disappointing.

“Excelente estancia, muy recomendable”

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and they resolved some issues I had, like a broken suitcase and a broken air conditioner. They brought me a fan while the AC was being fixed, which was a short‑term solution.
