The food was nice and the team and staff were very good, kind, and energetic; the bar served Coca‑Cola with ice, the pool was huge, starting shallow at the toes and getting deeper, and the people there were friendly, cheerful, and energetic. One thing I wish had been better was the timing of the pool opening, which was a bit short; it ran from 12:30 to 3:5. The stay was very nice, but I wish the internet in the rooms had been better. I also wish there were balls available on the volleyball and soccer fields so we wouldn’t have to ask the staff to provide them.

The servers and cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. The receptionist lied about taxi prices to benefit a friend, quoting 50 instead of the usual 25 dinars. Despite the cleanliness, my room was infested with ants, the fridge was empty, and the meals were average.

There were activities all day, the staff were very friendly, and the beach nearby offered plenty of loungers and a water‑sports base with very attractive prices. The hotel’s location was off the beaten path, about 35–40 minutes from the airport, and the food never changed, offering only medium quality. The cleaning lady kept knocking on our door within ten minutes despite the “do not disturb” sign, and even after we said no she persisted. The air‑conditioning malfunctioned, and although we reported it twice at reception, they never fixed it, forcing us to place a bucket to catch water that dripped all night.
