The room was clean and the staff were great, but there was no pool, even though I wanted to swim.

“Grauenhaft”

I found the place filthy; the smoke detector was taped with a bag (non‑smoking room), all trash cans were overflowing and had been that way for a while, emitting a strong odor, and everywhere smelled like dog poop. The pool looked disgusting. In my room, some crustaceans were crawling around. I seemed to be the only hotel guest on site; the others were apparently long‑term residents, giving the place a ghetto vibe. The place was unkempt and dirty everywhere, with broken cars scattered around—this Motel 6 is the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed in.

There was no clock, so I couldn’t set an alarm. The room lacked a microwave and a mini‑fridge. The pool was disgusting and unusable, and it took 20 minutes for a staff member to reach the office to check us in.
