The value for money was quite correct, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was pleasant. The kitchen was in poor condition, had no fridge, only a cube that didn’t cool.
I met a very friendly host who offered a decent breakfast and the room was well-equipped, even having a ceiling fan. All the details were clearly explained on printed sheets and on the website. However, when two guests used the AC units at the same time, the power cut out, the fridge stopped cooling, and the bathroom window opened onto a single room even though the bathroom was shared.

The price is unbeatable for Milan, and the manager’s communication and attentiveness were great. Check‑in was flexible with a self‑check‑in option, the location was convenient, and there was free parking right in front. Wi‑Fi worked well. On the downside, the mobile AC unit didn’t cool and kept tripping the power, it was very noisy and positioned outside the room on a veranda, the hot air vent detached from the wall, the room stayed hot, and there were large insects on the floor.
I liked the details like the small perks, room space, and tiny gallery. Don’t forget to pay the tourist tax. Also clean the items before use and the bath towels feel odd.
