Location was great, everything else was fine.

The spot for a trip to the US embassy is spot on, just a 5‑minute walk without rushing; everything is very tasteful and well arranged. Two women worked at reception, one was nice, the other definitely not suited for guest service—during check‑in she showed no courtesy, didn’t even look at us, and when we asked questions she seemed completely uninterested in helping us.
