The Old Coach House

The room was snug, clean, and comfortable, giving us a true home feeling. Breakfast offered a wide variety, something for everyone.

“Stay generally good, but room small and cramped.”

Breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable; coffee, tea, etc. in the room were also excellent. The room felt a bit small compared to other B&Bs we’ve stayed at, leaving little space around the bottom of the bed. It was disappointing that the pub opposite had been closed for two years—signage suggested it was once under the same ownership as The Old Coach House.

“Comfortable beds friendly staff and a beautiful garden to relax in .”

The stay was very comfortable and relaxing for one night. We ordered the food platter upon arrival, and it was great value. Nothing else. It would be nice if the pub opposite opened.
