The place is very nice, almost otherworldly and pretty. The staff are great, but there are a few things that could improve, like having waiters; you have to walk around for lunch if you’re at the pool, and you’d benefit from a waiter service.

The place has some good spots, but the customer service and logistics leave much to be desired.

It’s a spot that’s all about partying, not about relaxing or enjoying peace—there’s zero tranquility and it’s just too noisy. I don’t think it’s suitable for kids either, the music is too scandalous.
