The room was very clean and the facilities were good, with no issues.

We asked if the place was couple-friendly, they said yes over the phone, but when we arrived they told us otherwise, cut the call, and we didn’t get a refund at the last minute.

“Facilities need some upkeep but good value for your money.”

There’s an on‑site coffee shop where you can unwind, plenty of seating in the lobby to wait for an Uber or taxi, the lobby is well air‑conditioned, and the property itself is large and spacious. The only issue is that there should be someone at the entrance to direct you to the 2nd floor for M Stays; otherwise you end up in the conference room area and it’s confusing.

“Very good value for money”

The price was great, especially since we were close to the wedding venue we were attending. Breakfast was tasty and offered good value, though we had to eat in our room because there was no on‑site restaurant; the room service food we ordered was still very nice.
