The spot on the EPFL campus is convenient, quick tram access, good shops, and sports nearby. The downside is that the surroundings can be pretty loud at times, with the tram depot and nighttime construction on the tracks causing significant noise.

The hotel was great and the location was perfect, close to public transport in a calm area. However, when we arrived, even though we had already provided all our details, two staff members stopped us and asked for the parents' documents because we were traveling with four adults for a Swiss championship; they could have informed us beforehand, we had clearly supplied their information.
