The front desk, spa, and restaurant staff were courteous and helpful, but the towels and stocked amenities felt outdated and didn't match the upscale bathroom design. Additionally, the Mangan restaurant had a hygiene issue: table mats weren't changed after previous guests, and new utensils were placed on top of used mats.

The room was crystal clean, spacious, and located in the heart of Gading Serpong, and everything else was fine.

The restaurant staff and the nurse were helpful, but the room was awful: the shower didn't work, the kettle was broken, the hair dryer was broken and useless, the lighting was terrible, the AC was too cold and couldn't be warmed, and the curtains didn't block out light.
