“War trotzdem ok”

The walk‑in shower was level, and the staff were friendly at check‑in even though they were sipping coffee in the garden. The management’s email updates were acceptable, which is what I’d expect. Parking in front of the hotel was free. However, there was no point of contact at check‑in. The bed didn’t suit my preference for a high headrest; a deep gap between the headboard and mattress forced me to tuck the blanket in to compensate. A head pillow was available but designed for a flat lie, which was my mistake because I didn’t specify a second pillow when booking. The TV was unusable for us because it was too modern and the instructions were unclear; we could have called a phone number for help, but I found that too complicated.

Everything was fine except the location, which was noisy because of the street traffic—buses, trains, and cars. The noise was a real nuisance.

Air‑conditioning, a fan over the bed and cleanliness. No complaints.

The place was quiet, clean, and centrally situated. The restaurant was very tasty and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately it is closed in the evenings.
