The hotel’s proximity to the Barbezieux fair is a definite plus, but the medium‑size mattress was a bit disappointing, there was no hair dryer, and the room felt outdated.
The location is convenient and easy to reach, the staff are super friendly, and the food was good; surprisingly, despite the trucks, there was no extra noise at all, a place worth remembering, though overall there wasn’t much else to note.
The basics you need for a good night's rest away from the truck are covered, and a nice walk into town is available if you fancy just a kebab or a meal in a beautiful old restaurant.
