The location was central and the staff were friendly, but the elevator was broken and the coffee machine was broken, leaving only filtered coffee.

It was functional and suitable for a short stay, and the breakfast was very good.

The location and hassle‑free check‑in were great, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast selection was excellent, yet the room air was stuffy, the bathroom cleaning was poor, we had to ask for toilet paper because none was prepared, and it seemed we were given the wrong room since it was set up for one person even though we came as a couple.

The hotel is close to Hofbräuhaus, right by the metro and train station, and the main shopping street is just a 10‑minute walk away. It’s clean and the staff are polite. The stairs up to the rooms are a bit awkward, especially if you’re lugging a heavy suitcase or a stroller. The breakfast is fairly standard. Overall, everything went well. The rooms were tidy and were cleaned daily, which was surprising since we booked a 3‑day stay and expected no housekeeping.
