“HAVE A BAD EXPERIENNCE”

I paid about ₹6,000 for two nights and found the stay completely not worth the money; the room had a strong foul smell, the bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic, and the odor made me nauseous and caused me to vomit. Both the room and the bathroom were very small, infested with cockroaches, the commode was discolored with urine stains, and the bedsheets were unclean with black patches. The location was also unsatisfactory.

“House of Cockroaches”

The location was fine, but there were cockroaches everywhere in the room, the cleaner would dump my clothes into the bin, and one of the reception staff was very rude; I felt I had to put him in his place.

“Only location is good and accessible”

The location and security guard were acceptable, but the building was old and poorly maintained. The reception staff were not courteous, arrogant, and mostly busy on their phones. The rooms were not very clean, the linen was unclean and smelled bad, so I ended up staying at another property instead of this one.

The best hotel in Chembur; the staff were very helpful, arranged a cap for the airport, and the room was spacious with good amenities—thank you.
