Breakfast was amazing and the beach was beautiful.

The natural surroundings were nice, but the hotel was far from the center, the smell of the mattresses and pillows was awful, and the staff seemed more interested in pulling money from guests than in their comfort; some were unhelpful and there was no flexibility in dealing with us.

The kindness, care and smile of all the staff, the design of the hotel, the two pools, the very spacious deluxe rooms, the food at the restaurant, the very qualitative and various breakfast, and the free shuttles twice a day to the main beaches and mall were all excellent. It is a bit far and secluded, but no surprise there as you can see it on a map of the island.
