“My reservation was cancelled on my chick-in date”

After I booked and paid in full, they suddenly sent me a WhatsApp message on my check‑in day saying they had no rooms left and would cancel my reservation. Seriously?

There is no place by that name, and the hotel changed without closing the booking account.

The location is amazing, and the view is just incredible. Unfortunately, the hotel's cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired - it's pretty clear they could use a good scrub. Overall, it's a shame the place isn't better maintained, because with a bit of TLC, it could be a real gem.

“Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ruhig für mich aber das Hotel selbst ist sehr heruntergekommen”

The room was nice, big, and bright with a balcony, but it was a mess - really dirty and dusty.
