The staff were great and the breakfast buffet was good, but the rooms were musty and some items didn’t work.

The property itself was solid, though the location felt a bit farther than I’d hoped; otherwise everything was fine and the staff were cooperative. The breakfast buffet could have offered more options, especially given the ITC brand reputation.
