I arrived to find the place in a state that didn't match any of the pictures; it was a complete scam, with no towels at all, forcing me to leave and book elsewhere—horrible experience.

The reception lady was friendly and helpful, but the first room I got was awful; I had to pay extra for a better one and felt overcharged because the price shown was lower than what they actually charged. The hotel is out of town on a mountain, which is nice until you realize you need to get supplies and there’s no Uber in Eswatini, plus guests get loud after drinking and even knock on my door, yet no one seems to warn them.
