The hotel is very beautiful, especially because it’s right on the sea and in a central spot. The room was new and clean, and the staff—Pina and Giosuè—were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast room is stunning and panoramic, and the restaurant is excellent!

“Excellent place to stay.”

We loved the location! The views were incredible, and everything was within easy walking distance. The facilities were very clean, and the daily service was great. We appreciated the breakfast with an amazing view, and the staff were very helpful. We would stay here again.

The hotel benefits from an excellent location and offers a spectacular view, which are undoubtedly the true strengths of the property. The rooms are also clean, which is commendable. Apart from that, the stay unfortunately revealed several structural and managerial shortcomings that do not match the price and the 3‑star‑plus rating. The booking management was problematic from the start, with a phone attempt to relocate us to an external B&B just a few days before arrival, even though we had already paid. When I politely but firmly refused to change the agreement, the management chose to defend itself on the platform chat by reversing the facts and complaining about alleged “heated tones,” a dynamic that was unfortunately repeated by staff at check‑out. In addition to a decidedly unprofessional relational conduct, the property showed clear limits in services: the air‑conditioning system performed poorly; the breakfast service was noticeably thin and could improve in variety; the parking management was confusing, culminating in an attempt to charge for an extra day of parking beyond what was actually used. A more hospitality‑oriented, transparent, and customer‑listening approach would certainly benefit the property’s reputation.

“Balcony room with amazing view”

The balcony room offered an amazing view, and the room was large with welcome air conditioning. The bathroom was nice and the shower was good. We enjoyed evening drinks on the lovely rooftop terrace, which also doubled as a breakfast spot. The location was great, and we used the private beach at the end of the day for swimming and drinks, which was a lovely bonus. The room was very loud at night despite sound‑proofed doors, so we struggled to sleep. The blankets were very thin, and there was no kettle in the room, so I asked for one but had to wait a whole day and only had a kettle for one night. Breakfast was a little chaotic and the coffee machine broke, but the staff handled it well and were friendly.
