Everything was fine, great value for money!

“Tutto bene”

The property is beside the Po River in a very quiet rural setting. The peace, the birds, zero traffic, and the green of the Po Delta create a tranquil atmosphere. Nothing went wrong; the breakfast was superb, the beds were great, and the room was suitable even for our friends who came along.

“INACETTABILE”

The experience was truly terrible. The day before our arrival, the hotel contacted us to say that the room we had booked would be given to other guests already staying. They offered us another property, different from the one we had chosen and booked. We called back, explaining that we wouldn’t accept this solution and simply wanted to use our reservation. The answer was essentially that we would have to make do. We ended up the day before departure without the room we had booked, due to a unilateral decision by the hotel. Beyond the inconvenience, what was unacceptable was how the situation was handled: no customer protection, no real solution, and very little professionalism. This kind of management makes it impossible to trust a reservation at this property.

“non ho soggiornato”

I booked, but then they denied my reservation, and the confirmation timing was slow.

We stayed one night on a layover, everything was fine: the bed was clean, the towels were old but washed to a squeaky clean state. The room was good, not too small, tidy, and the kitchen had all the essentials. Breakfast included freshly brewed coffee. All good, thanks.
