“Not the quality we have come to expect from the brand!”

The spot was spot on and getting there was a breeze, but the common areas felt neglected—elevator floors were grimy, and the dining room ran out of plates when we asked. At the coffee bar, the cups were too small and individually wrapped, making it hard to fit an insulator. In our room, there was no spare toilet‑paper roll, so I had to fetch one from the front desk. On the 4th‑floor hallway outside our room, a takeout bag stayed there the whole 3‑day stay, as if staff were supposed to pick it up. Overall, it fell short of the quality we expect from the brand.

Charity and her crew were fantastic, keeping the place clean and distraction‑free; I’d suggest it to anyone traveling with family. The pool, rooms, and overall vibe were all spotless, modern, and super comfy—nothing we could complain about.
