“A little disappointed”
I liked that it’s next to Circuit Mall and inside Circuit Makati, but a small cockroach landed on my bed, and the room was missing basic items like rugs. My friend booked a private room and said there was no hair dryer; the lobby staff claimed that only the premier room should have one. Later she confirmed she had booked a premier room, yet the lobby staff reiterated that no rooms have hair dryers. The security guard who was manning the lobby when the staff were absent was the one who told me about the premier room. I feel the rooms should match the level of Ibis Styles, which offers all the basics—including a hair dryer—at the same rates. Their location is great and I believe there’s a lot of potential for improvement in service and facilities.
