The arrival was bad because the shopping night was closed, otherwise everything was great. The shopping night was shut down, very far away, and I had to park.

“gutes Zimmer, mehr aber auch nicht”

The room was fine and clean, breakfast wasn’t offered but there were several options in town, the room had a kitchenette and fridge which I didn’t use, and for one night (Saaleradwegtour) it was absolutely okay, though the price might have been a bit high. Overall the house, especially the courtyard that could have been cozy, was somewhat dirty and unkempt.

The place sits right in the city center and the apartment feels surprisingly spacious, even offering more beds than I expected. The downside is that it's very noisy, especially during events like the beer festival; the location is a double-edged sword. A touch more attention to detail would make the apartment tastefully nicer, and the kitchen gear was a bit sparse and garish—only two types of glasses for six beds, for instance.

“Wenn Kleinigkeiten gemacht werden würden,könnte man es länger aushalten.”

The spot was centrally located and roomy, but the blinds outside the windows weren’t cut, so we caught the dreaded stink bugs in both the bedroom and living room, which was quite unpleasant. Leaving the windows open at 33 °C was also uncomfortable. Tight fly screens would help, and a courtyard free of construction debris would be nice. Unfortunately, that’s all.

“Für eine Nacht ok”

The location is very central, yet the apartment feels dated, and the smell from the downstairs döner shop drifts into the room nonstop.
