The view of the Nile River and the Mediterranean Sea from the hotel is stunning; every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, is professional and courteous, and the in‑room amenities are excellent.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly—something I’ve never experienced before. The location is great, the breakfast tasty, and there’s a view of the Nile. Plus there’s a beautiful rooftop café overlooking the Nile and the sea. The manager, however, was a bit annoying because he wanted to hear feedback about the rooms and then blamed us for a slight mold smell. Overall he didn’t handle the staff well.

The services were close by and Mr. Ahmed was kind, and he had a sister whose name I didn’t catch. The only downside was the delay and the many check‑in requirements.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff are tasteful and respectful.
