The place is quirky with original décor, the host’s welcome is warm, and the breakfast is hearty. The room feels cool, but when it’s scorching outside you’ll need the extra heater.

The peace, the river beside the garden, the facilities, the friendliness, and the good welcome are all positives. The garden looks a bit neglected, the foot‑lamps are too large giving poor lighting, the spot is isolated, and there’s no power outlet in the bathroom.
