The staff were very friendly at check‑in and the hotel sits in the city centre. However, at check‑out the front‑desk staff spoke badly about customers in the kitchen while I waited, and I only asked for olive oil at breakfast. The breakfast itself was poor, the breakfast room was tiny, the minibar door in my room was broken and the curtains were missing. Overall, it felt more like a 2‑3 star hotel, not a 4‑star. Speaking ill of customers when you think no one hears you just because they don’t speak Italian (and they tried to…) is childish.

The location is perfect. Right in the centre of Olbia where all the shops are, train station and buses. Lots to visit and plenty to eat in the evenings. Music playing in the evenings. You could not ask for more. The staff is extremely friendly and would go above and beyond if you asked them to. A special thanks to Fabio at the kitchen and reception at the same time. He was always smiling and happy despite his early start. He recommended us lots of places to visit and I thank him for that. Thank you to Alexander at reception for his friendliness and help too. They both made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast is served til 10 am but if you went down at 9.15 some of the food was gone. You would expect that the food will be available til 10 am. I thought some customers not happy because there was not much left. I think a wider variety of breakfast would have been nice ie cereal only 2 types or a wider selection of fruits or bread. Maybe some boiled eggs instead of just omelette
