The hotel currently doesn't serve breakfast, but there's a place nearby; the rooms are clean and tidy, the beds comfortable, and the shower good, though we only stayed one night. The rooms are on the third floor with no elevator, so it's not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The host gave clear instructions about the apartment and check‑in, we were traveling by bike and were offered good storage for the night when asked, and the bed in the room was excellent.

I was allowed to bring my trike into the building and stash it there, but as a 75‑year‑old I received no assistance with my luggage. I knew when I booked that the rooms were on the second floor, so it would have been nice if the staff had not only taken my money and told me where the nearest grocery store was when I asked, but also opened the other doors so I could get my trike up the stairs, even though the steps to the ground floor were low. In other places where I have stayed, I usually get better service. Also, there was bus traffic outside at 23:00, and the hotel owner or staff should be aware of that because earplugs (only one size) were on the nightstand, which I couldn't use because I have small ear canals. There are earplugs in different sizes, but I guess no one has dealt with that before.
