“A complete waste of money.”
The city was nice, but the overall property was terrible, with problems in safety, staff, ownership, and design.

The cleaning staff were excellent and we could check in early, but the value was poor, the room was small, and there was no reception staff.

The bed was comfy and the room came with a hairdryer, steamer, toiletries, fridge, and TV. The bathroom was cramped and dark (slate paint), lacked a shelf for personal toiletries, and had no safety bar in the shower, making it very risky. The room’s color palette and style were mismatched, there were no reading lights by the chair, and the wall‑mounted bedside lights were on the floor. Hangers were insufficient. Housekeeping left food from previous guests in the fridge, dust under the dresser and bed, and there was no staff on site, giving the place a cold vibe. Guests had to make their own beds, fetch towels, and get toilet paper from a hall cabinet—none of this was mentioned in the room brochure—and the price was too high.

Property itself is beautiful and very clean. There are no real people onsite other than the restaurant staff which refers you back to the number to text. The number is a bot that generates responses. There is a huge discrepancy in value. Ex: I purchased two rooms (when I originally was going to purchase 1 that was told would sleep 3 with unfairly representative pictures of the room, and when I arrived, the room was no size to support 3 adults.) Therefore I had to last minute purchase a second room. The bot told me I could extend my room at a discount.then referred me to the price online available to anyone. then told me the current room wasn't in fact eligible for an extended stay. So I proceed to purchase another room at ~$407.00 (Jordan). The second room - at the same price as the first - included a king bed, walk in closet, and huge bathroom with clawfoot tub, walk in shower, etc. The first room (Morley) had a double iron, hard bed, with a bathroom no bigger than a small vanity, toilet and shower, maybe 4x5'. For spending almost $1K on rooms, there is no fridges, or coffee machines in the room, staff on site to help, clear inability to get in touch with a real person easily, etc. Would highly recommend another local option

The inn looked lovely with a cozy living room and a great café, and the location fit our needs, but the room advertised as a queen was actually more like a full size, and the third‑floor location with steep stairs wasn’t mentioned when booking.
